Part 1

 Consequences of learning about the international early childhood field for your professional and personal development?

Post one goal for the field related to international awareness of issues and trends and the spirit of collegial relation

 As an educator, my goal is to continue to empower the lives of the children, families, and community I encounter, to traverse and employ the resources made available that will lead me to experience consciousness and global attitude of critical issues and trends affecting early childhood.

 Part 2

 My colleagues and I continued to strengthen the bonds of a collaborative learning community which we established in the Foundations course. Though different educational resources like, listening to podcasts and exploring websites, we fostered and shared our professional growth and development. We have supported each other through our weekly discussions and blogs, and by encouraging one another so we can reach our highest potential.
